Our old Chamberlain garage door opener began acting inconsistent with all of the remotes, including the one built into our van. However, it would work without issue using hard wired button. This told me that the wireless circuit board was probably toast.
When Daniel showed up, he confirmed this was likely the issue. He acknowledged that I could save some money by trying to find a replacement circuit board. However, the garage door opener was pushing 20 years old and was discontinued (which I had confirmed via an internet search prior). Finding a replacement board wasn't guaranteed and would potentially only buy me a few extra years.
My wife and I were already over the intermittent behavior of the opener. Daniel quoted me me what seemed like a very fair price for a new opener (which came with two remotes and a new wall button), a tune up of our door and spring, and a replacement keypad since our old one wouldn't work with the new opener (old purple learn button vs new white learn button). He was ready to do it right then and there. I'll tell you, I didn't bother getting a second opinion. The way he and his son addressed me and answered my questions was enough for me to gladly give them my business.
It'll be about a month since our install and service and we've had no issues. He even followed up to make sure things were operating smoothly. As a homeowner, knowing I have businesses I can trust for various home services helps me sleep at night. I've officially added Peace Door Service to my collection."

"I called a local garage repair company, and they were unable to help me but referred me to Peace Door Service. I called and spoke with Daniel. He gave me a window for an arrival time and arrived a few minutes within that window, (that is a big plus for me.) Not only did Daniel and his son, Kyle, fix my garage door, he even added a free maintenance service on my other garage door.
Afterwards they went to my daughter’s home and installed a keyless pad opener for her, then programmed her home-link, and did a free maintenance on her garage door.

"I recently booked a $59 garage maintenance package off of a local garage door service I found on instagram. That company on instagram had a lot of videos and seemed like a reputable company based off their reviews. I called that company, made an appointment and they never showed up! I saw the Peace Door service truck driving down the street from my home this past Saturday 3-28-26. I called the number and spoke to Daniel. I spoke to Daniel and told him I needed my garage door maintained and lubricated. Approximately 35 minutes later; he was at my home.
